Great-Could you make one just like this for households with children about proper telephone ettiquette. It is real bad now and has gotton worse since the DNC list was passed eliminating millions of good jobs. I work for a company that verifies appointments and they hear the name and hang up. I do not feel they are thankful for anything and what they have and can hear it in their voice. We call back and they still do it to us. All people that have to work are not bad people like they think.
