They sent the tiberium to Earth to cause it to grow, and then when enough was present, to go harvest it. Instead when that liquid tiberuim bomb went off, it signaled the Scrin enough tiberium was present, and the invasion began

That's not true.The Tacitus mentions that another alien race brought it,the scrin merely harvest it.Also the technology that the Tacitus is made is far more superior than Scrin.

They were expecting a natural liquid tiberium explosion...but it was controlled by Kane(who is not human :|).

When they arrived to harvest it(and save the planet from being destroyed by it) the Garbage Defense Idiots attack they're ships without knowing anything about them,why wouldn't they respond?

@ryanracca Yeah ... I remember a game I played against the AI (me GDI and the AI was Scrin) ... I turtled (like usualy, including Ion Cannon) and then started to make my Mammoth army. I rolled out with then on the north side of the map (don't remember the name, but there were hills on the north and south sides) and when I got near his base there were like 20-30 planetary assault carriers which began to one-shot my Mammoth tanks O_O ... I ended up useing the ion cannon to destroy those carriers.

This game isn't even Command & Conquer, it's just EA Games trash so it has similiarities to StarCraft but StarCraft 2 has similarities on this game and even worse ones. I think StarCraft 2 is going to be as bad as this game as Blizzard has gotten too lazy to even define a new engine for StarCraft 2 instead of updating the cartoon WarCraft 3 engine which doesn't even fit the game athmosphere. World of Warcraft ruined Blizzard, not economicly, but quality-wise.

This game is command and conquer in the highest, laser fields, avatars, cyborgs titans and wolverines soon. So what they took some ideas from starcraft to make the scrin race, i think that was a winner idea and i love all three races.

You can, but not with any significant performance - 1GB is considered minimum these days. And if you have 256mb then your general specs would be too old to handle this game in general.

What's the speed of the CPU you got? And as far as I know there's no card named 7650GS, only 7600GS, 7600Gt and 7600Go. And the video card has 256mb of Video Ram/memory. The difference between High/Ultra is just textures, nothing you'd might care about, it's cooler to have AA cranked up.

Not sure about that Borka i've got a core 2 duo 6600 and an 8600GT graphics card. Not the highest end system but both games run very good at maximum resolution. In reference to the above battle i personally stay defensive then unleash a crap load of planetary assault carriers and devastator warships rather than use the mothership.

Supreme Commander won't run like a game should even on a highest-end Quad-core setup with SLi 8800GTX/Crossfire HD2900XT since the game is programmed by cavemen. The C&C3 uses an updated, old engine that looks great while eating about no capacity as all.

With patch 1.05 the Scrin is the overpowered faction by far. GDI vs NOD is quite well balanced, but Scrin's just superoverpowered, 2 superweapons, anti-everything airborne artillery, best walkers and no caps on resources and can increase Tiberium growth... that's failed.

Whenever I play I get a power source build two cranes and another power source one more plant and then I totally tech rush and I put infantry defenses then air because air is an easier rush tactic its obvious scrin likes air too so I dont know why these noobs scream like babies when they dont put air defense in >>

Stormrider rush is just predictable and retarded, that's why everybody hates it. Since the Anti-Air capacity has also been decreased in 1.05 there's reason why to dislike it even more. Infantry rush is better now though, to counter tanks for the first time in this installments history.

I rarely play the game anymore, current patch is a bitch and EA is just a bunch of slow whores when it comes to releasing the patch that would be in the game as stock. Scrin sucks, overpowered and primitive - but it seemed like people wanted to check them out. NOD is my fav faction, but not with the patch.

Patch 1.04 was the patch BEFORE the current 1.04 and the balance was just as bad as the people who were developing it. But now the game is actually quite great, but still requires some tweaks and some minor balance fixes, but the game in general is how it was supposed to be on launch - which was 2-3 months ago.

I was hyped up with Supreme Commander and thought it would be the perfect game but i'll wait till it is cheaper and i get another system. I still have never played TA Spring, which looks good. StarCraft 2 can be great, but it can also be something like a... WarCraft made StarCraft, which is what I fear - having all the dramatic scenery destroyed just for Blizzard to use the exact same tech and environments as in WC3... I just think StarCraft 2 needs a far more visually compelling engine than the poor, poor WarCraft 3 engine.

I've had terrible experienced with Supreme Commander, it was a extreme letdown. I was actually feeling quite hot for it, but when I played the demo it was one of those "what the fuck is this?"-kind of moments, everything was slow-phased, ugly and complex. C&C 3 is the best out of those two in most aspects.

my op might be a bit biased since i'm a cnc fan, but supreme com is enjoyable only if you want to delve a lot into strategy. plus, the system req is really very high, and even then you cant run it on full graphics. cnc 3 is rather well balanced, so i say you go for that.

C&C3 would not be a problem, maybe details would be a problem but the cure game should work. Supreme Commander shouldn't work as you can't get a decent frame-rate with any hardware under the higher-end GPUs and processors since the game is just scripted untalented.

2 SuperWeapons (Rift,Mothership)

Assimilators can convert buildings, repair Tripods.

Buzzers deals Sniper damage (1.05) and cleans buildings)

Can build "Growth Accelerator" that increases Tiberium rate. Unfair to enemies if captured BLUE tiberium.

They can't actually repair anything - when they enter a damaged building they're wasted. And they can only repair tripod husk, or other walker(s). But they can't repair walkers already on their feet.
