thing is that when i was like 12 i went to mexico and was playing street fighter I didnt know what i was doing i was just smashing buttons at one point i handcuffed my cousin and the match was over it was police handcuffs not how this glitch looks it was actual police handcuffs we where all surprised when it happened i thought it was normal.

Once again for all you n00bs who think i was trying to flash kick this is the way the glitch is done you charge down for 2-3 seconds and up instead of pressing kick to flash kick you press medium punch and medium kick at ALMOST the same time it can be a bit tricky to pull off which is why you see it looking like i was attempting to flash kick

When I got back to my regular arcade back home, no one there believed me when I told them about it. I guess this was right after it was discovered and wasn't widely known yet, I guess. these moves are all easy the invisble throw out of this is back forward back heavy punch and heavy kick together kinda tap the kick before the punch but pushed together to reset go into golden stance or watever you wwana call it just make guile do the upside down kick then sonic boom straight away while upside down then when an enemy is close hold down then up and middle punch and kick together lots of other tricks like untouchable stance and dhalsims invisibilty

@NaomiChanX there is a glitch that resets the game. you have to do a flash kick after throwing a sonic boom or something. i did it once before on vega's stage. i also would put vega in handcuffs and then call the video store guy and tell him the game froze. he would refund my money and i would play again all the way through for free. hahaha. this was dr. video's back in brooklyn NY

yes this hand cuff move was done by coming up 2 ur opponent and sliding down on the medium punch and medium kick button then unfreezing him by walking back and pressing heavy kick and heavy punch at the same time while pressing forward

you can unfreeze - Mid up-kick into a up-kick command

u can turn off the machine by doing a up-kick diagonally right after a throw. I used to do this and run, lol

you can do an infinite -air-throw as well. i think the command goes something like, left-right-left, high-punch + low-kick,
