These celebs boosted Obama 'cause their bosses--the media-telecom complex--funded his campaign, to the tune of HUNDREDS of MILLIONS. This sector wants the Obama Administration to reverse the Bush FCC's decision on whitespace spectrum reallocation. BTW, Dolly Parton, Axel Rose and others ranted on this same issue, claiming (falsely) that it would adversely impact wireless mics. At any rate, I kinda envy Obama, for having people as photogenic as these two speak on my behalf...

I'm italian, republican ideology. I like Kristen Bell as actress, as celebrity as person, she's really kind, funny, smart, and cute. I don't agree with her in politics, but this year I hoped for Obama, the whole world needs a President like him in this economic situation I think.

However I like Kristen talking politics, she's honest and instinctive. I'll vote for Kristen of course! :D

I think it's great kristen is honest about not understanding everything on a political level and voting with her instincts and common sense. most voters are the same, so it's nice to see a down to earth celebrity talking politics like a normal person. too many celebrities pretend to know everything and be smarter and better then the rest of us (sean penn, natalie portman, angelina jolie). kristens modesty is a rarity among celebrities.

In fact, good character is one of the most important traits a politician can have. Do you honestly think any experience they may have is enough to run a country? They're surrounded by hundreds of people with decades of experience.

Yikes. I like her and I would never judge anyone for who they vote for or why (especially if she keeps it to herself), but she did not sound very intelligent about the whole thing. I would think she would have wanted to sound more informed if she is trying to convince others to vote the way she has decided to. I think it would benefit her to read up on some of the issues and come up with a better reason than "I am a good judge of character" before trying to push her opinion onto others.
