The Hijab in the West

I hear so much different versions of the importance of the hijab, some say hijab is a cultural aspect of islam and that the Quran only mentions covering a womans chest as the religious rule?? I appreciate this video but i dont feel he provides clarification on the subject, he doesnt reference it to the Qurans defenition on hijab, but more of a bias view and HIS personal feelings towards it.

@tig3reyes If you want to find the clarification of the hijab and the answer to the question you proposed sayed Ammar answers in in his lecture called Universal Purpose Of Hijab or you can just YouTube hijab Ammar Nakshwani and another lecture will pop up, he answers the question you proposed I think in both lectures but I'm sure he did in his Universal Purpose Of Hijab lecture.

@iSeekThe1Truth Thank you I have furthered my research and developed a deeper understanding of hijab, and now re-watching this video, it provides more answers. I advise ladies who are considering hijab to really research on the islamic meaning of it first rather then muslims' definition of it. People and especially male scholars can only persuade so much, its personal connection and interpretation which enforce action. But on another note his shirt is unbuttoned too low in my opinion!
