  • now seeing that Habbish temple..... would they be muslim?

  • all i remmeber from this horrible system and game is listening to this piece of music over n over n over n ove... hope this guy is still doin tunes for games

  • @asedcopf Unfortunately he died.

  • A long time ago I was so scared of this game... this music... it's something terrifying but I love Diggers.

  • @KerlikGames Yeah, I felt the same about it also!!! The music, the strange underground worlds, the terrifying plant and swirley things....I wasted many boring sundays and strange nightmares with it as a kid.

  • Almost every tune Richard Joseph made for Amiga gives shivers.

  • Wow, never seen that before. I played CD32 up until we got an N64 when I was six, and I always found the game to be somewhat scary. I never completed any other stages than the first one (top left on the map). I think I'll try grabbing a COM mouse and trying again, I expect it to be an awesome game once I get the hang of it. Now when I play it, I get so paranoid because my chars start walking w/o command =P Anyone got any game tactic tips?

  • U bet.....

Still remeber when i Completed the game :)

    Those where the times.

The 2 easiest trick to win , is to either "Flood" your enemy by blowing up a lake. OR dig a VERY deep hole, just underneath your enemy start grounds.

Either ways, your enemy will eventually die :D

    Cheeers.

    Miyagi

  • @AdrianDX It's a bit like lemmings. But best is to play first with only one character, and sometimes flip back to others when they get unpatient. Habbish is the most patient and...the little creature (cant remember the name) the most unpatient. But watch out if you make Habbish wait too long they hibernate for a few minutes and they won't move.

  • eya i loved it too... But nowe i have Windows XP and Diggers dont want to work under it :((

  • Use "DosBox", then it'll work under XP

  • Great Tune

  • BUT if you kill your enemy you won't get the gold needed to win the game in the end!

A beautiful tactic is to buy a "Gate" in the store with one of your workers, and place it so the enemy is trapped in their own base and cannot dig. A human player would blow the gate away, but these computers aren't very smart! :)

  • @dabbkake OMG!!!! LOL!!! I did that so many times! But even more fun was just playing them up after they mined cause their jewels would just fall on the ground for the grabs!
