This is a sport that you have very less injuries so if you have time enough train as much bjj that you can AND YOU GONNA HAVE A VERY GREAT BODY!!!!!
Don't forget you wear a gi/kimono and if you wear a rashguard under the gi you sweat really liters of sweat man!!!!

I got some heavy guys at my school that pull rubber guard. Losing weight is always a good thing but not always necessary. Get out and do it!
