Thank you for taking the time of making this video, a couple of errors i found "Caldo de Gallegos" is broth made with gallegos on the other hand Caldo Gallego is Galician style soup, the chorizo you used was the mexican one you need to use the Spanish which is dry, I understand that learning another language and culture is difficult, I am Latina myself.
excellent recipe, just wanted to point out though gallego doesnt mean peasant. gallego is the name for people from galicia, a region of northwestern spain.
Thanks! I wouldn't be surprised if their house brands come from major name brands. It's almost always less cost yet quality is good. Even the mayo tastes like "you know whose".-Chef Remy
