Since that first showed up in "Archer" a friend and I have started using it all the time. Useallly when someone accidently says something that sounds dirty but a lot of time one of us will intentionally say something just so the other can say it. :)

@seanjr05 Usually used in a lawyer context, as in "leading" or whatever else. He's saying phrasing because the way the lady is phrasing her words makes them highly innuendo-...like.
