@aldo1 I'm an auditor by trade and I inspected that document from top to bottom.....most of the blame can safely be attributed to Smitherman. Check out his wonderful response to a poor woman whose father passed on.....it's on Youtube. He defaulted to "I'm no longer the minister, I can't call for a public inquiry".....and then he proceeded to walk away. I can't STAND the man.
