I'm sure your father would be so proud of you. My dad died in 1980 at the age of 59 when I was only 21.He was way too young to go and followed soon after by my mother. Roeleke this was such a beautiful tribute to your wonderful father, and very touching. I loved the music and the video and pictures of your family. You did such an amazing job. I'm sure your father would be so proud of you. My dad died in 1980 at the age of 59 when I was only 21.He was way too young to go and followed soon after by my mother. He was very musical too, and played the piano and piano accordion. I inherited my love my love of of music from him. Your video has really touched me Debx

Wat een mooie foto's heb je hiervoor gebruikt en met die sepia tinten heb je een mooie sfeer verkregen. Goeie vondst om op het laatst een foto te gebruiken waarop het schip van je af vaart...een soort afscheid, heel toepasselijk om mee af te sluiten! De muziek is, zoals gewoonlijk... perfect! :-)

I think of my parents every day. I walk by their portrait on my wall many times a day. Before they passed Judy and I took them sailing on our sailboat. Beautiful song and beautifully sung Roeleke and a beautiful video.

Your father was a very handsome man and by this tribute I see how close you were and how much you loved him. We never stop missing those that we have lost in our lives but there are never lost as long as we hold to the memories of them in our hearts. My father just loved to be on the water... but in the water, no! He didn't learn how to swim and didn't want that either.
