Tim Matheson who plays Roy was in the movie Yours, Mine, and Ours (1968) which helped green light the Brady Bunch (1969). I say him playing the part in this film was a nod to that.

Jan is the only character that falls short in the Brady movies. Jan was a sassy, practical-joking smart ass in the TV show. Eve Plumb is also drop dead gorgeous. This Jan is an awkward, freaky head case that hears voices in her head like Son of Sam. The real Jan never ever acted this twitchy or dorky.

Why is Jan every chance she gets, she flings her hair side to side on purpose. She knows what she's doing, but she should know Marcia has the kind of hair that automatically flings itself.
