From what I've seen, that leadership position has passed to William, rather than an older member of the Neocon leadership. William likes using talkshows to promote his views, and is very good at just that, actually. Revealing inside information occasionally gets him those invites. Don Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfoweitz, and Richard Pearle are all Neocon members, and all are now gone.
