I have to agree though that the sound levels are quite uneven, Lord Lokgar is a whisper compared to 5*General. You could try having Lord Lokgar recording his own sound and you filter skype out of the audio that way you have him on a seperate audio file and can tune him. I'm not clear on the details on how to go about this, or if it's a hassle, but it's worth a shot? Windows has a Sound Recorder that's easy to use ;)
Turn him down then and you need to either eat your microphone or buy one with a Microphone boost.
The problem isnt that I have to turn my audio up to hear you, the problem is that I get yelled at whenever he opens his mouth.

@MobOfPandas I don't know what the problem is. I sound fine and loud to blaqk via skype but for some reason fraps just hates my mic I guess.
