I got my bc today....I felt so liberated !

Now, my challenge is to get my curl pattern defined.....one thing I notice is that my hair is so very dry, but I've been watching your hair progress, I believe my hair is much like yours, I can't wait to see what my pattern is in 3 months....thanks for your videos....God bless :)

Congratulations on your Big Chop!! Welcome to the Natural hair community!! I felt the same way when i cut all my hair off in my bathroom! what i use to keep my hair moisturized is extra virgin olive oil and and i really dont use shampoo, cause it seems to dry my hair out I use Vo5 moisture milks conditioner and IC Fanstasia Gel and I got a spray bottle with water, alittle rosemary oil and vegetable glycerin and spray it on my hair if it get alitlle dry! hope this helps alittle!:) God bless!:)

Thank you, and Yes I actually LOVe yarn braids, I just think i had them in too long 8 weeks with a 1 week break in between left my scalp kinda sore!! I will probably put them back in during the summer time!!
