First you would have to work out what the one signified, unless you just want to naively make it up as you go along, which is okay but I wouldn't count on it getting you very far or providing you with much insight. The unreality concept goes back a long way. possibly to before we were people as we are now, certainly to Plato and his creaky cave analogy. Did all this earnest navel gazing get you anywhere ?

Jaeoluson, I'm happy to have shared this aspect of your being the one. While you are undeniably the centre of your universe, being 'The One' would indicate seperatedness. I sence however we are all the one, the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts. Acknowledgement of delusion would appear to dispell some aspect of illusion. So has it resulted in an evolution or are you just chalking that one down to experience?
