Don't these fighters know that a rear naked choke can be defended by either getting both your hands between the 2 major blood vessels next to the adams apple and pulling down to create a pocket space or by grabbing the arm and quickly pulling outward slipping you head downward in the same motion to turn it into a chin lock and keeping your hands on the arm with upward force to keep from slipping back into a choke?
@miamivic do you even train? If the arm is already around the neck there is definitely no space to get your hands in, and if the arm around the neck is being held by the other arm, there is no way you can pull it down, nor will you be able to pull your head any lower if they have a tight back mount
