Kannst du nicht auch einmal die anderen Frequenzbänder (LW, MW, KW) ausprobieren, um zu sehen wie die klingen. Man muss vielleicht nur eine Antenne einstecken (am besten einen längern [Kupfer]draht). Dann bekommt man auch über Langwelle viele Sender rein, wenigstens die beiden DLF auf 153 und 207 und RTL auf 237 und auch noch Europe 1 auf 183, die letzten beiden senden ja sogar mit 2000 kw

@Rayquaza060 Theoretisch wäre dies natürlich möglich - dann müsste aber nochmal ein komplett neues Video machen und ich bezweifel ehrlich gesagt, dass das dann so viele Leute interessieren würde. Mir ging es ja damals auch eigentlich nur darum zu demonstrieren, dass das alte Gerät noch funktioniert und das die Technik vor 50 Jahren nicht gerade einen schlechten Klang hatte! :-)

@GrayWolfPaw Hallo! Ja das Gerät hat einige eingebaut - das stimmt schon! Ob das aber normal, viele oder wenig sind kann ich leider nicht beurteilen da ich mich mit der Technik selber nicht auskenne leider... ;-)

Excellent video, thanks. Take care with that radio. They have VERY old capacitors which fail and one in particular when it fails will destroy the output tube by putting positive bias on the grid of the valve / tube. This is a very common problem when they are very old like this. I have two old Philips radios in working condition; one from 1947 and one from 1955. I have replaced these and some other old leaking capacitors. Also, be careful taking off the rear cover. Dangerous voltages inside!!!

I love those analog stuf.... those tape recorders and stuff like, my very favourites are vinyl records.

I wish I had the moeny to buy a reel-to-reel tape recorder myself. My father once had a "tesla studio". I guess emulation in DAWs is the only possible way to me. :(

Very nice video! Sounded great, my grandmother had one with the magic eye was great to look at when I was a kid. I didn't mind the German at all, you switched between the two languages very well :-)
