There is a problem with many old celebrated paintings. Either the women are too masculine looking (like Rubens) from the torso down, or they have boyish flat chests. This pictures subject looked physically feminine but lost it in the breast region.
I'd prefer small naturals as apposed to big fakes. I've had the privileged to play with some huge natural DDs, though. XD I don't think many 18 year olds come that big.
