Simple;t if you "really" want to "prove" anything, you must "show" the same sourced water, amount and temperature of both pots and water before testing. Also different burners will give a varied result. You would need to let the burners and pots cool for a few hours and test again using the other side. And as mentioned return to temp speed is important too. Show the water and temperatures as you test or it may be condsidered mis-leading or false.
while everyone likes to see water boil faster I think the better comparison would be to see which one returns to a boil faster after adding a set amount of noodles to each pot. Additionally the All_Clad pan is not centered on the burner. Yeah the All-Clad pan was 150$ but i highly doubt the eon pan will last even barely come close to the longevity of the All-Clad pan and the other issue is they are ugly and only come in non stick versions what garbage.

Why didn't put the camera up close to the allclad at the beginning but did it to the other pan?
