@TYTHAARTIST start Newton in both leagues unless they heavily penalize for sacks and interceptions, there will be a couple of those for the Packers D. Matt Ryan will be your must-start every week from week 3 onward. league 1 might get messy with the qb situation. might want to pickup another QB in that league
