  • yes...

  • Im looking for a techno bomb "Landlord - Split Second" (played by Robert Miles on Renaissance Series CD), but found this :D

    wtf ?!

  • I must say I actually like both versions ... And both had there place and time I guess.

  • belgian new beat was all about low slow beats, that's why the slower version became more popular !!!

  • Love this track, heard it on a pirate radio in 1988 but it was played on 33rpm +8, sounded a lot slower and bass-heavy... still killer though on 45.. top stuff :)

  • Experience the birth of 'Acid House' Thanx.

  • It's a shame how little has developed since. This gives goosebumbs from the outset.

  • I wanna repeat this!

  • still sounds surprisingly fresh for something so old

  • According to the legend this song, played at 33 rpm, was the beginning of the new beat era. Apparently the DJ played this song by mistake at 33 rpm but the people seemed to like it.

  • Now this is where techno-trance-electric and all the other

sounds we have today came from ive even heard Dj put

    this song in there mix!!!

  • What a wicked choon!!! Heard this one in a rave years ago whilst totally out of it. Could still remember it though as if it were yesterday. What a Beautiful track! ;-)

  • whoua great stuff to dance i play it as dj a great killer

  • Nice!!!

  • tried for ages to remember the title of this, takes me back to being upstairs at the astoria, dancing on the tables!

  • Here it is... the 'Genesis' of House / Acid ! 1986!!

    Belgian 'Old-Beat'!!

  • OK, so the first time I heard this was at Shoom in London, SE1

...and it's been way too long since I heard or played this in a club.

I suggest a proper classic New Beat/Balearic/House music session with truly classic (late 80's) music is developed for us guys n' gals to reminisce

  • Why don't make musicians such good music in this time we have?

  • @GETTOBOMBER cuz its hard to find if you dont look in the right place :p

electro , house , dubstep, drumm&bass, fidget etc... i find it the best music today.

try looking for artists like : sound of stereo, deadmau5, afrojack, boyz noize, the subs, doctor P , slum dogz ugh i know way too many

  • Top hit! one of the best from a split-second

  • 1:07min Three Drives-Greece 2000?

  • @Aedilfrid yes indeed it sounds like it

  • one off the best tracks ever ! hmm love it

  • forgot all about this gem thank you ;0

  • God I loved this track - and now I do again!

  • super .buenisimo

  • This is when your flesh, Crimson and pale, Withers behind the blackened veil. The vacant flesh A petrifying look, the choice is easy The outcome always the same. The shortest way to cardiac arrest. The flesh that dreams are made of doesn't last. This when you turn To sanctimonius rituals. The duty of the beast
  • un estilo de vida

  • ... Y una epoca unica!!

  • Very upspeeded version... why... the original is the best.... peeple can mix/upspeed themselves nowadays......

  • This IS the original.

..but when dj's started to play it on low speed and caused a whole new genre called "New Beat" ..thats another story. :)

  • @PhoneticBellboy The original and the better ;-)

  • @PhoneticBellboy The original was way slower ...

  • @muriator

This is the original 45rpm... The "new beat version" was slowed down to 33 1/3 rpm... by mistake or not, that's still a point of discussion... anyway the slow version became famous...
