Both of those abilities worked much differently back then than they do now, so that has little to do with the wipe.

Yes, mend pet was channeled, and it didnt heal nearly as much as it does now, and it used a ton more mana back then. I always stayed in viper, because I always ran out of mana really fast, simple as that.

Well, at 70 I don't know a strategy, but with the new expansion and total pwnage, my friends and I have come up with a very simple strategy at 80.

You have two people switching off on the orb/ dpsing the adds that come up to the little rise where the orb is. You then have someone pulling adds off of the MC'ed boss. One healer is enough, but two wouldn't hurt.

You only need about 5 - 7 people pending on your gear. *note - first boss only... on the second one we wiped over and over.*

I just watched his Archimonde video, dude is horrible. Clipping shots, eating doom fire and not trinketing, bad ui, clicking like a champ. Also misses stars tear, almost craters but got bailed out by 10%. Keyboard turns, back pedaling.. keep going?
