None of those "subliminal messages" sound anything like what you came up with, except "Announcement Service Public". You just heard what you heard because you were looking for it. "Announcement Service Public" was not unintentional, they deliberately put it in there (which is why the title is reversed). It is not referring to Satan, it's just saying (as a public service announcement) that you should brush your teeth and wash your face.
