I remember hearing this song on the radio and instantly liked it, a few days later i went to a collage dance at the Madison in Middlesbrough, ..couldnt believe it when i went to the toilet and this song was playing through the piped music they had in the toilets way back in about 78" at the same time was driver 67 and the same happened also,

When this came out when I was a kid (about 8 or 9) I always thought it was weird that such an up beat, catchy sounding song could have such a tragic end to it. I was quite devastated when I first heard it. Good song though, and while it is entertaining, it also fairly effectively puts the message across of making sure we patch up any disagreements before anyone leaves to go anywhere.
