Why the heavy screen? Do you have a problem with predators? Birds or raccoons?

@mrstokecity2010 - Now that the Box Turtles are indoors, yes they have a Heat Lamp during the day. The Asian Box especially enjoys basking more so then the Eastern Box Turtles.

@mrstokecity2010 All turtles and tortoises require UVB light or natural sunlight for proper growth and care. Some require more heat than others, depends on the turtle.

@2bdragons Thanks, yes it seemed to drain very well. There is lots of gravel and sand around the pond which helps with drainage. Your turtles or dragons would love it!

How do you breed them?

@beakarmela They have not breed yet. Hopefully it will happen this spring. They have to have the proper natural habitat and be the right age.
