Military can be trained any way they want to.
I'm not sure if you know much about Ukrainian army. Russian and Ukrainian army is different.
We are chaning to prfessional by 2008. Russia is not, so this is the largest change.

No, Ukraine doesn't use HMMWVs, the ones in the video are from the Ukrainian peasekeeping battalion in Kosovo.

Reply to destroyer321PL. Yes and no. Technically yes, since America donated 13 HMMWVs to the Ukrainian peacekeeping battalion in Kosovo. But no because Ukraine has 0 Humvees in actual military service. I believe the ones in the Video (great video by the way) were from that very battalion.
