Cycle 17 - Laura (I would say Allison, but since I think she should have won cycle 12... also, I've always loved Laura. And I think although she was great in cycle 13, she improved a lot in cycle 17. The entire cycle was stupid, though.)

Does anyone else notice that if there is ever a blonde in the Final 2, she ALWAYS loses! They only cycles where this didn't happen are in Cycle 7 & 10, in which there were two blonde finalists, so they HAD to chose a blonde winner.
