surely it's obvious that you shouldn't manipulate people with such things. if they are bothering you - as in forcing their way into your life expereince in some way - making you experience things thru your senses that you have not chosen to experience, then fair enough you're allowed to stop that. but to actually seek them out, to initiate such control-over another soveriegn being, is completely wrong and evil.
