Hey man i was just wondering because i have the same fisheye as you and the same camcorder when i edit some clips in windows movie maker and then put them on YouTube it has black lines on the sides, Why is this?.

hey man, i just wondered because i have done exactly the same as you except mine is a 49 to 52mm step up ring and i'm not getting the fisheye effect on the corner edges, is there anything that you have done for that?

@popy0123 its because you have a step UP ring, if you have a step DOWN ring, the corners of the fisheye will be visible

no 55 is to small,, keep the 58 gived with the camera, the trick is to glue the ring then put the fisheye fo see if the ring is well aligned,( DON'T SCREW THE FISHEYE ON THE RING FOR GLUE THE RING, ONLY GLUE THE RING THEN PUT THE FISHEYE ON IT ''not screwed'' FOR SEE IF IT'S ALIGNED) if not try to align it when the glue still wet. then with a Q-tip remove the exess of glue in the ''screw thread'' of the ring you just glued for prevent the fisheye to not screw because of dry glue dirt .

@filoucount im afraid i cant do that tutorial, because i dont have that camera anymore, but it's simple, take the outer diameter of your camera, or the plastic ring dimaeter of the camera nad glue a fiting stepup/step down ring there, for example 40mm to 52, just take your camera with you to the shop and see what ring fits there most!

@gagagaalol i bought it from ebay, it's in 52mm size, i glued a 58 to 52 infront of my camileo, but i would recomend a 55 to t52 since 58 is a bit too big

@joebmxx hi! i used xilisoft video converter and sony vegas, i glued a thread infront of my camera, if you wait a bit then im going to release a video tutorial on my work flow, so you can get the same results :)
