  • One word.. Underrated.

  • Great song dedicated to a great wrestler! Thanks for posting.

  • Yeah, Yeah. Celebrate!

  • rockin percussion by Eddie !!!!!

  • I had three people die on me this year alone.....SO LET'S CELEBRATE ANOTHER DAY OF LIVING>>>>>>>>>>>

  • You beat the upload compression bugaboo! - Nice sound.

  • I was 14 years old when I got this album! I still love it!

  • The most funkiest of white guys doing the black classics, really in their own sphere of talent very relevant of that time and beyond. I listen today and they are still awesome as most bands that were in those days, raw talent not computer shit we have that make people sound good when they are not.

    Just my 2 cents!

  • @comprepservices Totally agree!!

  • lmfao so true!

  • drinking a beer getting fucked up and all i wanna do is celebrate as im about to turn 24!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • HENNIG

  • Look back and see what Obama has done for us! Gave money to the banks to help us where is the payback from the banks? In the CEOs pockets Help out with your mortgage yeah right! next he bails out the auto builders .payments defferred for ?? years back to the govt.,meanwhile automakers laid off workers they were supposed to help. Raise the debt ceiling so fatcats still do not have to pay their fair share. Single taxpayers support this country. Lazy b******destroy it !

  • My first concert was rare earth and yesterday and today AKA Y & T good times at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium. First date also, concert was awesome the date sucked LOL

  • I put my hand on a dollar bill

But the tax man took it away

Put my faith on the Democrats

But the Democrats let me down!

  • @motelcalifornia i think you meant republicans you RIGHT WING PIG! LONG LIVE OBAMA!

  • @MrSpringsteenisboss Oink oink....bro!

  • @MrSpringsteenisboss -- Obama sucks and so does Springsteen

  • @motelcalifornia How can you say "long live Hussein Obama?...Are you for real! This man is a total failure and also a DICTATOR! He had control of both parties and he could not do anything right. Enough is enough. Even in New York the democrats elected a congressman who is a republican! Obama Hussein destroyed EVERYTHING! That is what happened when someone does not know how to run things. Don't tell me he inherited the mess because he made the mess WAY WORSE THAN IT WAS!

  • @tania547 The Democrats are moving to the right. This is what people do not want to admit. Even if they move to the right, there is nothing they can do about Obama because he won the popular vote. He DID inherit the economic mess, but so did Jimmy Carter and his presidency was creamed. By the time Reagan came into office, Congress HAD to work with him to avoid the blame.

  • @tania547 what kind of a dictator is he if he had control of both houses and did nothing? Sometimes I think americans are too STUPID to have a proper healthcare system. Freedom to die poor! Madness....

By the way, it was GEORGE W. BUSH who destroyed everything. He bankrupted your country, dragged your name through the mud and made you the target of terrorists the world over. If you're to dumb to see that then god help you!

  • How can you dislike this song?

  • I miss songs and bands like this. I love this song, it always makes me feel good when I listen to it.

  • First white band on Motown.

  • Groovy MAN!!!! rock 70's!!!

  • Bin Laden has been killed before if anyone remembers. Madelin Albright has said it before on CNN. How many more times will they kill him and use him as a distraction . . . . . .

  • Hey Everyone!!! We got reason to celebrate!!! Osama Bin Laden is dead!!! Long Live The USA, the greatest country in the nation!!! I know New York is celebrating.

FOR THOSE WHO AGREE I SALUTE YOU!!!

  • @1962drob You live in the United States of Israel and are too stupid to know it, bunghole. Congress and even the Oval Office quakes in fear of not obeying their Zionist masters. But keep glued to that TV.

  • @. UnseenCaller Your Mama's So Fat She's FAT. HAHAHA.Funny....Isn't It?? :) Hi from TEL AVIV U Fat Fuck .

  • @quatlucius You took the words right out of my mouth! I was thinking the same thing.

Goodbye forever to Osama Bin Laden. May he rot in hell!!!

  • @1962drob When the U.S. Navy asked the Devil to take him, he said he didn't want Bin Laden stinking up hell any more than necessary. The fish really didn't want him either, but there wasn't much they could do about it. Fish never turn away a free meal anyway.

Personally, I wished they'd have dumped his ass in Antarctica, just to watch a line of jihadis freeze to death during the pilgrimage....

  • @CYBERVISIONSdotCom You're so right man! Hell would have been too good for Bin Laden anyway lol.

Yeah, they should have dumped his ass in Antarctica. That would have been cool.

I'm so glad that we wasted that bastard.

YOU DON'T MESS WITH THE USA, THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!!!

  • Three Kings

  • the only "white band" ever signed with motown records!

    they deserved it!!!!

  • @daddydog204 They were signed to Rare Earth records, a Motown label named after the band....

  • Wild Cherry and now Rare Earth... I thought they were black! Awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • It's pretty weird, but it seems to me you don't see nearly as many bands with six members these days. Shame! These type of bands were great; they always had the one extra member to add another little something.

  • mua dad luvs it

  • RIP Mr. Perfect

  • i heard this song when i was young 14 15 still sounds good and revelent even nowwwwwwwwwwwwwww

  • MOTOWN STILL ROCKS!

  • it has this white boy groov'in!!

  • Excellent Song - First all white band signed to Motown. :)

  • Who cares what color they are, this is good music!

  • Dedicating this song to a dead guy has to be the most hilariously ironic thing you can do.

  • Hahahaha nice one XD !!!

  • haha. yeah. what is he didnt like that type of music.

  • The point flew so far over your head it broke Earth's orbit and is now hurtling towards the depths of space.

  • @Onsube , Yeah, I was thinking the same thing! Great song though and I am glad Chadman posted it, but the dedication made me go WHAT?!?!?!!?

  • @Onsube HOW SO?

  • Geniale !!

  • Berry Gordy's attempt to market a white "rock" band @ Motown. They really were more of a white soul band...precursers to "Wild Cherry" "AWB" and pre Micheal MacDonald Doobie Brothers

  • The diffrence is, they rocked the soul beat with flare...

  • @sonwamac ....you're right about that. Motown just needed a white band at that moment. But hey... it's good band with a very good song

  • Groovy peace Love God Bless Just kidding this is a great tune Flash back *-*

  • hey!

  • AWESOME VOCALS FROM PETER RIVERA

  • Rare Earth, what a buch of incredible musicians, big deal if their best known stuff is Temp covers, they rock ALL the way around! *big smiles*

  • great song, great message.

  • why can't you just say Rare Earth was Berry Gordy's attempt to diversify Motown Records?? For all the negatives said about Berry Gordy, the man was truly a visionary.

  • This isn't Motown. It's a blues rock sound with a funk base line. At best it can be called Funk or Blues rock. But it surely isn't Motown. And since the year we were in highschool seems to have weight for some reason, I was a freshman the same year as Woodstock..........

  • Sorry to burst your bubble BUT!!!!!! This is Rare Earth on Motown Records!

  • I don't dispute the studio. I still say its not a motown sound. Just becaiuse I buy a Ford doesn't mean its a truck.... Motown Records signed talent that was not part of Barry Gordys vision and Rare Earth was one of them. Motown was all Barry Gordy and had a distinct style. Rare Earth played what can be considered Funk or a Funk rock fusion.

  • localbrewz Hey prolly is spelt like probably.. you call me a dumbass when you can't even spelling looking who's talking. troll I used that one in highschool in the 80's I wonder who's the kid using kids terms..Usually whites play rock.. blacks play motown..theres jimmy hendrix playing rock.. rare earth playing motown..so it's a vice a versa. I still got there record from back then it's a one hit wonder for me..great song.. Kid with his immature come backs troll thats very orignal gees

  • Ohh Jason, the 80's sucked for Rock. I'll give you ACDC and Tom Petty but the rest was crap.

  • Alexandertg1955

ACDC was better in the 70s

so your right, rock basically sucked in the 80s

  • LOL I gave him ACDC because Back In Black came out in 1980 and most singles from it aired over the next two years. But you're right, they had been around for a few years by then

  • Thanks Chadman, I truely appreciate the dedication!

  • Rare Earth is by far the greatest jam band alive today. Rock on Gentlemen.

    Love Clintstone

  • Awesome !!!! 5 stars * * * * *

  • This is one thing we called FUNK ! Rock !

  • The One World album is nearly impossible to find.

I wish anyone good luck in finding this even if it's second hand.

  • Hmmmm.. how much would a pristine, scratchless original album be worth?

  • Doesn't matter! It would be priceless if I owned it! Have a good one.

  • Hey! I got a good freakin' idea for you people! Listen to the words and DO wut the dude sez! You never know how many days you got on this planet, or in this life! learn to appreciate it, every day! Peace!

  • this is soul / motown copycatting/"emulation" from the 70s (it's got bongos and cowbells)..(unfortunately, i need hard-ock right now to dust away all the squares suffocating me..

    "squeezing my nuts"..

  • ....what?.....

  • Jdub14000 ( It's not motown kid.. motown is black, this is rock. the band is white

  • 1st white band signed by Motown Records!

  • i verify First white band signed by Motor city records Dba MoTown records was Rare Earth

  • NO motown is a style of music, god i hate trolls, dude you really are a dumbass, i hope your at least a kid.....but prolly not!So let me get this straight, only whites can play rock and only blacks can play motown???? you are a fuckin moron!!!

  • Still Rocks !!!

  • ok, this is definitely my father's music but my father only listened to polka music instead..

  • How dare you accuse me of that! I want to celebrate Mr.Perfect for what he was, A GREAT WRESTLER. I figured instead of mourning his death why not celebrate what he did in his lifetime.

  • Then you need to sate that. Its a great song though.

  • @Chadman2000

    From Wikipedia:

Described by WWE as "one of the best in-ring technicians of his generation", Hennig held fifteen championships in various promotions throughout his career.

Life is too short. The good die young... "I can't be bothered with sorrow, I can't be bothered with hate ... that's why I'm tellin' you ...."
