i would offer that investors can always sell an income stream from an asset...all the work except selling your unused free nights to a travel agent is done by the hotel operator...even if u NEVER plan to visit the philippines, the deal makes sense for those who are suitable.....

but! after u buy the condo but its hard to sell it,
ur buyers are limit it of people in ph.
