I was singing quartet when the Truthettes were on the scene, and had the honor of singing on a few programs with them, and there is nothing like seeing the Truthettes in concert. Can you get some concert clips? when they would minister at a concert there was nothing else in the world you wanted to be but in that church at that very moment. Those were the days when singers really ministered.

i love these girls was able to meet them personal when they came down to sing a long side my consins the jackson bros of danville va. someone took the tape i had of them.
i remember the jackson brothers. we use to sing with them alot back in the 80's. ray and i forget the other one. the gospel revelators from burlington, n.c. i remember one place we had to carry equiptment up a flight of stairs.

man i sung on plenty of programs with them in Milwaukee....I used to sing with the Holy Temple Travelers back in the day....real singing back then!

I also sing quartet now, but when i was younger and my mom sung quartet she was on a few programs wih them also! they were some cool people!!!
