there is no way that you can get this mount form a vender sorry. But the only way u can get it is being the top arena team on your realm or battle group for 2v2 3v3 or 5v5 then at the end of every season the best pvper get it

as of 3.12 nobody can get frostwyrms only when season 5 ends then this will be the only one i think
