Your reasoning doesn't make sense. You say that Nalbandian is armenian just because his grandfather is armenian? Both of his parents were born in Argentina, he was born in Argentina. Almost every argentine has a grandfather from a different country, that doesn't change the fact that they are argentines. In sports, and in every other aspect of his life, Nalbandian represents Argentina, not Armenia. To call him an "armenian athlete" is not only wrong, but disrespectful.

Andre Agassi was born to an Assyrian father from Iran and an American mother.

David Nalbandian's family roots are originally from Armenia. His grandfather moved from Armenia to Argentina, where David's father was born. He has already confirmed being Armenian on his Dad's side (his mother is Argentinian) and he identifies with being Armenian even though he doesnt speak Armenian. It was his Armenian grandfather who built the concrete tennis court in his back yard when David was seven years old.
