Yeah nowadays you can't believe anyone who says they listen to metal... because they play guitar hero and such or watch too much MTV.

Real metal is showing the horns in today's society though with bands like Evile, Gama Bomb, and Warbringer.

But you are right the majority of real metal fans sift through all the bull shit and find the underground bands like Griffin, Tank, Helstar, Hypnosia, Artillery, Heathen, Bewitched, Aura Noir, Alastor, Hexen, Evil Dead, Holy Terror

Look them all up!
