@FlipnoteSakai the thing is wonder guard rayquaza isn't anything special. it has weaknesses anyways. spiritomb on the other hand is ghost dark type, which means he has NO weaknesses which means wonder guard shields him from ALL attacks. xept fire fang i guess, which is a bug or something like that. (i think wonder guard shields a pokemon from all types xept the ones that are super effective to SHEDINJA, since its originally meant to be only its ability. on the other hand that's not the case...)

You can do many things to get rid of a Wondertomb or Wondereye:

1. Use Foresight or Odor Sleuth and then a Fighting-type move

2. Give it a status aliment that damages it (Burn, Poison, Confusion, Leech Seed, etc.)

3. Kill it with sandstorm or hail (It would take a long time, but I think it would still work)

4. Like the top comment says, get a Pokemon with Scrappy and use a Fighting-type move

5. You can use Fire Fang and actually inflict damage on it

6. Use a move or ability that cancels out WG

Cranidos or Rampardos have mold breaker which allows you hit foes with moves regardless of abilities thats another way or what BladeOfSorrow said get a pokemon with scrappy. You can also hit with fire fang, or use toxic or will o wisp pr any other move that causes health damaging statuses. That's how you beat a pokemon with wondergaurd. TAH DAH! Simple.

If that fire fang doesn't hit (as well as others), there is still one way to hit spiritomb.

Certain pokemon have the ability "scrappy". It's effect is that fighting types and normal type attacks can hit ghost types. Basically get a pokemon with scrappy and use a fighting attack.

There are a lot of ways to beat a Wondertomb without stalling it with status or using fire fang.

#1 Use Foresight and next turn use a Fighting or Bug type move.

#2 Have a Pokemon with Scrappy Ability use a Fighting or Bug Type move.

#3 Have a Pokemon with Mold Breaker ability.

Easy way to beat it is to use foresight or odor sleuth, and then follow up with a fighting move... a pokemon with the scrappy ability can just use the fighting move right away.

Also Miracle Eye + a Psychic move might work too, not 100% sure.
