You really have to decide that you want to be free from the pain and the anger. You have to decide that God can be the judge of the ones that hurt you, and then you turn it over to God, and set yourself free, knowing God will be just.
Yes, it is freedom. My hope is that more and more people on earth will realize this and enter into the joy and freedom of forgiving those who have hurt them.
