@Atonil I know, 5 Months, but i gotta comment, there the same it just depends on what you choose, Dalish or City Elf. Male city elves though don't get taken, they fight there way in to save the brides :)

My first char was a dalish elf, rogue. Went archer tho, (big mistake lol) but the dalish story was awesome. :) And now im playing human noble warrior. This is one of the best RPG's Ive ever played, and Ive played quite a few.

@SuperThatGame I have no doubt that you are capable of winning however there's no option for you to fight alone, it's either with your squad or with the 2 dwarves of harrowmont. There's no option allowing you to solo.

@LeeAshen i know. i hit a glitch where my ai allies wouldnt target enemies (yes i checked the tactics screen) so they got slaughtered. leaving me to heroically claim the glory.

it works, you just have to work for belin instead of harrowmont. If you did the firsts quests you can fight in the tornei alone.
