  • The lawyer my brother hired did not do any type of investigating or spend time on his case (for over a year). He just kept resetting and resetting, lying to my brother saying he just needed more time and more money to get this and get that. All the while just playing him for a fool. He didn't have NOTHING the day of the court, neither did he really understand what the damn case was about- my brother got 20 years. F*U*C*K LAWYERS- We are getting the case reopened. Thank Goodness for that!!!

  • @christald1 Which is why I say. NEVER hire an attorney. do it yourself. LEARN PROCEDURE and common Law. When you get done, form a "de jure Grand JURY" and indict that "F*U*C*K*I*N lawLIAR, and the judge that let him get away with it. See: "williamWagener, Grand JURY"

  • @williamwagener THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO AND FOR RESPONDING :)

  • Good job John

  • Yeah it true! i have an experience like him I lost my money too before..keep up the good job Mr Wagener..

  • Check out Stephen Baskerville's "Taken Into Custody" (The War Against Fathers, Marriage, and the Family).

For excerpts from the book, head to the No Pasarán blog, and do a search for: Witch Hunts in Contemporary America

"it is important to understand that "custody" is not the right to parent one's children; it is the power to prevent someone else from parenting his children and to marshal the penal apparatus — courts, police, and jails — to ensure he stays away from them."

  • "child support is no longer primarily a method for requiring men to take responsibility for [their kids] as most people believe. Overwhelmingly it is now a regime whereby 'a father is forced to finance the filching of his own children.'

"the one thing that cannot be debated in court is legal guilt or innocence — such as violating the marriage contract or leveling false accusations. For to admit the most rudimentary notions of justice would be to undermine the logic of the proceeding."

  • "In the jargon of family law, faithfully parroted by the media and academia, this father has "lost custody," a simple and harmless enough sounding formulation of events, so common as to be mundane. But this jargon disguises far-reaching implications. In plain English, this father's unauthorized association with his own children is now a crime.

Baskerville adds that "the media will go to any lengths to avoid admitting that we are in a massive epidemic of government-sponsored child stealing."

  • "Contrary to popular belief (and centuries of common-law precedent), child support today has nothing to do with fathers abandoning their children, reneging on their marital vows, of even agreeing to a divorce" writes Stephen Baskerville;

"It is automatically assessed on all non-custodial parents, even those divorced over their objections and who lose their children through no legal fault or agreement of their own. It is an entitlement, in short, for all divorcing mothers."

  • KamikazeKoscki is right!

  • Ancedotal sample here.. Tell OJ that paying J.C. was a waste..

  • I faced off with a mortgage company without a lawyer 11 years ago, and won. The bailiff stood and clapped.

  • How many Americans have been dragged into what appears to be a courtroom, and attempted to follow the Rules, apply the law of the land and rely on higher court decisions, only to have justice smack them in the face, lock them up and steal their property? Are our modern day courts nothing more than rubber stamp threshing machines designed to pirate away the lives, liberties and property of the American people?

  • Exactly.... So... learn from a former Prosecutor... Go See: "Roger Weidner, WilliamWagener" series on this

    channel.

  • @KamikazeKoscki

    Yes.

  • That was my experience the lawyers were liars and will seat on your case and not do a damn thing. Even in "Pro Per" when I had capture my corporate company the judge sided with corporate corruption, so now on a second appeal costing me $100,000! Always hire a lawyer on a flat fee! Otherwise they bill you to death and don't do anything, and the State Bar is the Fox protecting the Hen house.

  • Walking into court with a lawyer only tells the court you're too stupid and incompetent to speak for yourself so you're paying some thief to speak for you. Good luck with that.

  • I tried free legal aid many times, my spouse owes 200000 child support still; begged a guy just to look at the fraudulent documents I was sent when I bought my house, he lied and never looked, lost my house; and the commissioner and judge in my divorce case would not listen to me at all without an attorney. Our legal system is ill-it is illegal.

  • Wish we had this on the NET 8 years ago. THIS IS AWESOME, Great job, William

and from inside the State Senate of Kansas. YOU ROCK William, this is a great interview.

  • Right on! I represented myself and WON. My ex-husband spent $10K on his attorney to nonrepresent him. Boy, was he pissed off when the judge ruled in my favor!
