I had a cheat disc with this cheat on it, it was a pointless waste of money, what a crap cheat. if you do it on the test track it's pretty funny tho, you get your speed up that much you drive right through the wall on the corner and out of the level (which strangely you can drive on for ages, it's like a bunch of invisible mountains you drive up and down lol pretty funny) but yeah, otherwise it's pointless

You have to get the codebreaker cheating disk. Then you put the disk in select it. Put the game in, then push r1+x at the same time and you will go that fast.
