Actually he is the least wealthy of all of the candidates that made an attempt for the whitehouse in election 08 on a whole. Nonetheless it wasnt Bush's lack of foriegn policy experience that created the disaster America is in. It was his arrogance in not surrounding himself with people who did have the experience and a family vendetta.
