He first followed me around the store and cornered me in a room, but I was able to get away.. moments later he robs the place. I ran, & he came chasing after me trying to break down the door I went in... I later found out he was also wanted for kidnapping.. & there is no doubt in my mind that he was trying to take me that night.. I had nightmares he would fine me for years!!

I love how everyone here is slamming the cops and the reporters.. umm I don't care who you are or what colour/creed/etc.. NEVER hit a cop unless it is TOTALLY in self defense (as we know there are some DB cops that will take inappropriate action).. seriously what would you expect ANYONE much less a cop to do/react... if he started kicking at me like that tazering would be the least of his problems.. guy acts like a child throwing a tantrum.. well gets what he deserves..

Im sure restraining him for 2mins then getting on with the trial would be much less hassle than tasering him and in the process tasering a security guard then taking the man to be looked at and be wheeled back in later.

@MyNameIsDuffmarn Tasers are way more dangerous than your average blow to the head in an altercation. Tasers have people from cardiac arrest and not infrequently. Plus you're assuming that he would have hit is head on the floor/table- something that you do not even know. They always lie and say "they will be used as alternatives to shooting people" when the cops beg to have tasers brought in. Then they use them like toys. If you can't control a man in a wheelchair with several large cops..

The court appoints an attorney but he wants another, and the other attorney has already said no, but he goes on a rampage anyway, in the courtroom.

So, let me get this straight. The guy has an injured leg, which he injured getting arrested, so its not like he is paralyzed. He gets brought into court in a wheel chair, and the first thing he does is start trying to kick his lawyer? And the cops in the court room were wrong to taser him? WHY? he broke the law by trying to rob people at a church, then comes into court trying to attack people but the cops are the ones who are wrong for tasering him before he could hurt anyone?
