  • 7:36 on Nurburgring....with 360hp and room for 4 passengers and their luggage. Just shows you how much potential BMW's have if you tune them only for performance, without comfort or refinement in mind, like some do today just to show off their lap time while in reality car sucks on real roads. (khm khm...cadillac)

  • same time on Ring as the carrera GT? whatthefuuck??

  • Why isn't this car on m5board? ;)

  • WHATS THE SONG IN THE BEGINNING? please someone answer

  • @Levente20 FAKE MOSS- little honey...you can find it on google

  • WTF!? brakes 25K$!! they costs more than my entire car!

  • @Ivannos92

25K and there not carbon? 380m/m is actually adding quite a lot of unsprung weight over the standard CSL brakes

  • @4272005 Look at the upload date. At the time, carbon brakes were only on a handful of cars.

  • @Andre20021982 There are certainly times when what's under the hood sounds better than what's on the stereo. I won't argue with that. That's true even with my 540i 6-speed manual.

  • I thought the csl didnt have a stereo

  • @Ennio161 that dosent mean you can put one on

  • car weighs 1350 not 1450 btw

  • WHATS THE SONG NAME FOR CHRIST SAKE . someone tell me

  • tänk om han skulle få möte i nån av vänster kurvorna

  • WHATS THE NAME OF THE SONG

  • 75 grand just on options? fuck that, my R32 RB20 Skyline (not a GTR) GTST cost 4 grand. It weighs less and can do at least 250kmh. It has brembo GTR brakes as standard. (It's a M-spec) Replacements parts are cheap as chips. Low insurance cost. 22 years old and it can still compete with todays cars. That tells you Nissan knew what they were doing when they made it. Even still, a GTR is only 20 grand over here in NZ. Longs story short, I'll take my 4 grand Skyline over a 100 plus grand beamer

  • @AlphaSkyline32 the csl fucks ur shitty little skyline back and forth

  • @Levente20 I would really like to see a video of a csl beating a skyline in a race. Bet you can't find one

  • GEILE AUTO BIS AUFS ATU FELGEN

  • no you dont buy it for the stereo cause it was an option haha

  • Comment removed

  • po chuj radio w csl u

  • Yes, this is what I call driving

  • hate the rims

  • i wish i had one :)

  • My old Nissan Maxima with factory Bose system was waaaaaayy better than my E46 330Ci with Harman Kardon with *2 subwoofers* on the rear deck. No subs on the Nissan.

That's just the stereo, the Nissan was crap to drive. Loved my old BMW 3.

  • im sorry, but with the 75 000 dollars in just options, i could build a mustang or camaro that would put the bmw to shame, im not tryin to offend anyone or what not, im jus sayin 75 000 dollars could be put to way better use

  • @TampaDrifter92 You would not even be close to keeping up with it on the track though

  • @MrCheesybits idk. ive never raced a bmw on a track but it would defintally be worth a shot

  • BMW cars are great for driving, but the stereos are disappointing.

  • @mohawk5010 That's if you have the stock stereo. But if you buy a BMW with the Harman Kardon stereo it sounds much better ;)

  • @GetawayTesting no HK is a let down

  • @GetawayTesting

i tought even the m3 has logic7 stereo :( but no.

    logic7 pwns everything :P

  • @GetawayTesting fuck stereo - with a csl theres no need for stereo anyways ;-)

  • @mohawk5010 aint that the truth.

  • who needs a stereo when you have that incredible engine noise!!!!!

  • @mohawk5010 who the hell needs a stereo in a csl, the music comes from the back!!

  • @jelzin1985 not exactly...it comes from the front, the great sound in the csl is the sound of the big Air-Box that comes stock.. and the exhaust just adding to this great sound...

  • @S1ruMan i well know where the sound is coming from just whant to say that you need no radio in a csl

  • @mohawk5010 Who needs a stereo when you have a beautiful BMW engine to listen to?

  • whats the name of the song?

anyone has a link to it ?

  • i got one, never look back people, they only get further away anyway!

  • crazy ass car sounds awesome fast looks

good M3 e46 last BMW for me...

  • amazing roadholding!

  • Now thats a proper drivers car!

  • Stock rimbs look's better!

  • what is the song in this video ??? anybody knows ?????

  • fake moss - little honey

  • @Lindholmer5k happen to have a link or something for the song :D?

  • Funny that you mentioned pizza when talking about a BMW! xD

  • this cars is isnane, i love it, even though, i'll only afford it if i'll join russian mafia or become a lawyer after finishing my 3rd year at law in uni LOL.

  • Brakes costing 25 000 DOLLARS? Yeah right!

  • Dude, those brakes, are something you would use on a racing car.

  • They cost about 4.000 euros.. I don't know what that in dollars.. Somewhere around 5.500$ I guess.

  • on my bmw da brakes front and rear cost me like 12000 buck

  • Well, they`re the best Brembo has to offer?

  • No matter what you say. I don't like that kind of transmission. I've never driven it in a powerfull car but in cars with a smaller engine it is just horrorfull (for example in a Smart). If you wanna start, the rpm gets higher and higher and at one go the clutch connects the engine with the transmission. There's nothing better then the usual manual transmission. I wanna drive the car by myselt and don't wanna let the car do everything by itself.

  • word!

  • How the fuck are you gonna say you don't like something when you've never tried it?

  • I have tried it but not in a powerfull car and I don't like automatic transmissions anyway. I wanna shift by myself.

  • You must have never driven the M3 with SMG aggresively on a twisty road. They are spectacular. I've never driven the V10 M5-M6 with the same system (but with 7 speeds), but with 500 hp and 500 ft/lb torque they must be spectacular! Of course SMG will be shelved in favor of dual clutch transmissions, which all the high performance cars will be using, or already are. If you have driven a GT-R (I have several times) you would quickly realize how they transform the car...

  • Go to wikipedia and read about SMG and dual clutch... see how they work.

  • I know how they work. It is actually a manual transmission but it has a shift box on it to change the gears and to actuate the clutch. That is the kind of transmission I don't like. I worked in an Opel-garage during my appranticeship and you can get the same kind of transmission in a "Corsa" but I also drove it in a "Smart". With small engines that transmission is very hard to drive cause you can not controll the clutch.

  • The fact that many people don't know how to control the clutch or purposely destroy it and then claim that it failed and should be warranty repaired are exactly the reasons the vehicle manufacturers want to leave them behind, and the fact that the performance numbers are lower with a conventional manual as compared to SMG or Dual clutch. They also leave complaints about synchronizer roughness (usually again from user induced damage) behind. The conventional clutch is going the way of the Dodo...

  • That is funny cause Opel calls it "Easy-tronic". We had some old customers who were not able to drive it cause they won't understand that it is not a usuall automatic-transmission and still has a clutch.

  • Farm tractors and trucks will still have conventional clutch arrangements for those who want them....

  • Maybe in the USA but not in Germany. Most cars have it here cause everyone in Germany can drive it. You already learn it in driving school. So there will always be convetional clutch arrangements. Just moving the feed from the brake to the gas pedal and moving the steering weel is not driving to me. It's just boring.

  • It´s an SMG stupid, how is it POSSIBLE at 2009 NOT knowing what SMG is? My god...

  • Is not!!! SMG is a Sequential Gearbox.

An Automatic Gearbox has an automatic

    transformer,that the smg don`t have.

This is the reason why you hear at the fastest

gearshifts the clutch crashes because its that fast.

  • SMG stands for Sequential MANUAL Gearbox! So it's technically a Manual but with an automatic clutch operation controlled by the paddles. Listen how sharply it changes gear.

  • All I have to say is wow..this Doctor kid thinks he knows cars and transmissions but he just proved to the rest of the world he doesn't know shit.

lol, he called the smg transmission an automatic.

  • The BMW M3 CSL is the best car ever made! ;)

  • @Sideratis Supras better LOL

  • Song, please?

  • got to rub a bank =))

  • perfect north loop toy^^

  • OHLINS!!! DROOOLZZZZ

  • you are good driver man :)
