  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate lost lots of weight with it.

  • Do I need a special blender to get the nuts that smooth? I just have a regular blender, not a Vita Mix type. Will a food processor work too?

  • Wow, this looks amazing!

  • Ani, your recipes rock!! You've inspired me to eat raw and with these delicious simple recipes, it's been wonderful, I'm loving it! I feel so much better feeding my kids your raw desserts knowing that they are full of nutrition and not empty calories. Thank you so much for all you are doing!

  • Hi lovely Miss Ani!! I read on your bio that you are vegan but you use animal products, honey is not vegan, just wondering why you don't just say vegetarian??? xxxxx

  • Love you Ani, and to all the negative people there is no reason to be so critical. She is doing us a favor by showing us a different way of eating and creating non- cook dishes . Please be courteous and if you don't like her style then just turn off video.

Keep doing what your great at Ani, we love you!!!

  • Ani are you coming to Bali? Or when you come to Thailand again?

  • Ani made it perfectly clear in her books that even though some of her recipes are high in sugar that this is all healthy sugar, straight from the source. :/ Y'all need to chill out with the negativity and be frecking thankful.

  • Ani, I am going to buy your books, I may have to balance some of your recipes, but I am enthralled, you make eating raw real. pay no attention to the hecklers, they object to God himself. I am a vita mix owner for 17 years and I am following you. Ciara

  • Can I use a different type of oil? Olive oil, perhaps?

  • oh yum!! i'd love to try this!! :)

  • Ani your recipe videos are always inspiring and informative. This looks fantastic. Thank you so much.

  • Ani, I have this cake recipe in your dessert book and I look forward to trying it, as I used to love the version my mom made (with graham crackers and Cool Whip).

Is this recipe in your new book, also? Could you give us an idea of what the difference is between your first book and this new one? Is one more gourmet, etc.? Looking forward to your new book's release!

  • @nicollo9 this is my 3rd book. first was overview of eco green lifestyles and recipes. second was raw desserts that beautify and nutrify. new book, Ani's Raw Food Essentials, out june 1, book tour starting today, strips it down even more to make raw food accessible for everyone. it includes all types of recipes from pizza, pasta, rice, desserts, drinks, salads, soups....

  • it must be warm, look at those things flow. looks delicious!

  • this looks like a great recipe and I cannot wait to try it. Thanks for posting and I can't wait for the new book to come out.

  • How inspiring! SO simple to make. Thank You!!!

  • I heard that watering plants with microwaved water will kill them.

  • @cellulitelove Well, that urban legend has been debunked by snopes.

  • Looks good, but to many simple sugars to be healthy.

  • @loveguitars since when is pineapple's not healthy and fruit and local cashews not healthy?? please keep perspective, have gratitude. traditional ice box is made with dairy whipped cream, refined sugar, and probably canned pineapple too. we are blessed to have options and to have awareness to make healthy food choices and access.

  • @aniphyo

If you read my post I said to many simple sugars to be healthy.

Honey is almost as bad as table sugar. Also fruit should be eaten in moderation. We should try to keep our fructose down to 25 grams or lower.

Green vegetables and sprouting is the way to go.

  • @loveguitars but look honey has been used for such a long time and it is a local sugar and has many good minerals. It is a long tradition behind it so it must be good for us.

  • @aniphyo Ani, I am going to buy your books, I may have to balance some of your recipes, but I am enthralled, you make eating raw real. pay no attention to the hecklers, they object to God himself. I am a vita mix owner for 17 years and I am following you. Ciara

  • oh my, such negative vibes from some of these comments. ani, i think you are amazing! you seem like such a sweet person who is undeserving of any form of hostility. i love your recipes, and i even made some today. i have made this dessert and it is sooo yummy. i am a big fan :)

  • This looks good, thatnk Ani for sharing. Congrats on the new book.

  • Great job

  • Hi, aren't cashew acidic ?

  • Why is there so much hate on here. Ani does great recipes and she is very kind to share them with us. If all you can do is critique and pick out things that dont agree with your personal philosophy then you may want to just move on to another video.

  • Uh, isn't honey sold RAW? I'm sure if u wanted RAW honey could be used instead of non-RAW and like Ani says, use Agave. Don't make a big deal out of nothing...

  • Looks so good :)

  • @jay733 jay, you are entitled to your opinion, and i encourage you to do your own research. microwaving indeed changes the molecular structure of water, and raw fooders don't even microwave water

  • @aniphyo Ani, I did do my own research, microwaving isn't any different from any other heating method. What affects nutrient loss is heat and liquid, so when you said microwaved food is like eating empty calories, to me that seemed since a lot people resort to microwaving for convenience, a cheap shot you did to get more people to eat raw. At least that's how I perceived it.

  • @jay733 please share with me if you know of some way I could set up getting kick backs from dehydration companies for each time I say this truth about microwaves. I'd love to be rolling in the money!! thanks for sharing, I'll even give you a cut of my profits, k?

  • @aniphyo What is the source of this microwave killing all nutritional value statistic?

  • @lehman google is your friend.

  • @lovevsabsence That's hard when every page that is anti-anti-microwave denies the claim and those that are anti-microwave don't provide a source. They just say "one study says..." That pretty much the equivalent to making something up.

  • @jay733 I totally agree with Ani. I haven't used microwaves for like 7 yrs now. I have been really sick for a long time and did alot of research on healing. And found out that microwave usages makes food harmful for the human body. Please do your on research before passing judgement next time.

  • @jay733 Microwaves use radiation to heat food. Radiation = bad. Hmm I don't know, there might be some truth in Ani Phyo's logic.

  • @ooxena Visible light, Radio = radiation

  • @jay733 how would that comment benefit her financially? in anyway? I agree with her encouraging you to do your own research.

  • Just an FYI to the vegans about to watch this. Its not a raw vegan recipe. She promotes honey.

  • @OneSweetWorldLIOG yes, I use honey because I'm in Thailand and honey is local and seasonal, so are cashews. please feel free to substitute with agave or maple syrup or whatever works for you.

  • @OneSweetWorldLIOG using honey does not automatically label you as a non-vegan. Not eating meats and diary makes you a vegan not whether or not you eat honey.

  • @youlance29 honey is an animal product, no?

  • @lehman so what do you call someone who eats honey but no meats, diary or insects?

  • @youlance29 BEEgan!

  • @aniphyo Beegan!!! LOL! that's a good one! i think i will use that everytime i met a strict vegan who won't give me no raw honey!! thanks ani!
