To think that I was contemplating buying the SPL Transient Designer analogue device for £350, the same price as Cakewalk Sonar 8 Producer which includes this, the brilliant Z3TA+ waveshaping synth, Roland V-Vocal and a great vintage sounding leveller. It's amazing the kind of studio you can build at home in this day and age. Digital technology killing music? Hell no! What's to begrudge about the joy of music making being in everyone's hands?!
@ootahbootah I totally agree. Im 19 and haven't known the ages of analog music production/mixing... And it is so easy getting these softwares for free it's actually a bit of a shame for the owners but hey, the more users the more music!!
