That was extremely good, the logistics of a lightsaber were semi-ignored and they were used more like metal swords BUT the fastest and best choreographed I have ever seen (better than RvD)

I am really impressed. Excellent job, except when the red couloured saber fighter drops his weapon and falls down dead, that saber should turn off. I´ve never seen laying saber turned on on the ground. Saber tricks were great and both protagonists showed amazing skill. Camera 7/10, Art 9/10 (nice twist and aerial btw) but a little confusing speech at the end... it shouldn´t be there, it simply does not fit. And guys, why glasses? Never mind. I hope you will work on Star Wars TV Show...

Dude rockon325 the didnt steal those moves. The are widely known moves that have been used for hundreds of years (dunno maybe past centry or so) and in Jedi Academy they decided they would use them because it looks cool.

Awesome vid. What I would do, tho, is introduce a story of some kind in between the fight scene. Kinda like a minute of fighting, then a couple of minutes of storying. Rinse and repeat. But this vid deserves top marks!

this fan film has always been a personal fav of mine since i saw it a few years back. Btw, the letter is an actual war letter from a confederate soldier to his bride. Very clever use and the action is by far some of the best kung fu ive seen in a long time.

This was an amazing fight. :) Other than the fact that the dualists don't understand core lightsaber dynamics. A lightsaber wouldn't stick in the ground like a sword, it would burn through it.

Not the typical Lightsaber fight, but I like the style of it, it seems to add an asian-style (particurly Japneese) style of swordplay, which I prefer. That's why I enjoy fights with real swords more than Lightsabers.

The sappy intro and the very un-SW music made it hard to watch. I loved the fight, but if you had just cut right into it w/o the sap, it would have been more enjoyable. If you added "duel of the fates" that would have been the sickest shit I have ever seen...
