@gulbirk It only has power if people allow it to. It's in people's mind. We don't need a "way to control everything". The law and order only exists to protect people from sociopaths. We don't need a government for that.

@gulbirk Still all these rules are in people's head only. We allow ourselves to function on these rules. Sometimes these rules are usefull, but sometimes they are not. I'm not advocating anti-statism either, I just say we as human beings are often delusional about the system in which we live. We too often believe we have no choice but to conform to a lot of things that don't truely exist. Government is just an example among many.

I don't understand what you mean by going back 100 years in the past. The state was already there 100 years ago and it has been there for a much longer period. Even tribes of tenth of thousands of years ago were tiny states. As for whether or not I support the idea of going back in time, I would say I support the idea of going back thousands of years ago (as long as respect of environment is the main concern).
