My understanding of the mechanism is twin rotating currents from the rotation of the container and the rotation of a disc inside. Have I got that totally wrong? Thanks.
If some one can supply me high quality pictures or video of saturns pole. I'll recreate and upload.Hexagon Cymatics Brainwave Entrainment 30 minutes in my channel. Creates color effects in visual. Peace
@varshapavitra - you can download raw, unprocessed images from Saturn at saturn /dot/ jpl /dot/ nasa /dot/ gov -- updated each day. And you can download processed science-quality imagery from pds-imaging /dot/ jpl /dot/ nasa /dot/ gov ... I'm not going to go through the process of how to make your own images and movies... look for Emily Lakdawall's excellent tutorials at planetary /dot/ org under the blog section.
Thank you for the reply. No worries on going through the process I'll find my way. I've developed some advanced cymatic systems. Currently working my way through patterns I've documented in Asia on temples. Decoding the frequencies. Will put some online soon. Peace
@AdamPhosphor - Although (as far as I know) atmospheric scientists are still trying to determine the cause of Saturn's polar hexagon, there is absolutely no connection whatsoever with the processes involved in the formation of snowflakes. Interestingly, Jupiter has related characteristics to Saturn with white oval storms in the southern hemisphere often 60° or 120° apart from each other.
ps did u know both mars and earth have same patterns at their poles? its all there on legit satellite images. same with lunar and other craters, same with galaxies, same with nebula, same with supernovas, same with cyclones and anticyclones same with crystals same with molecular structures
@Hey55zeus - The outer frame construction may be rectangular, but the inner frame is plainly seen to be circular. All similar atmospheric fluid experiments I've seen -- whether replicating polar zonal flow on Saturn or Great Red Spots and similar cyclonic features on Jupiter have been in circular-shaped tanks. A square shape would defeat the purpose of these experiments.
This might probably be a vectorial equilibrium found through solving the Navier Stokes equations for this particular experiment. This geometry is the first vectorial equilibrium in a vortex vacuum.
does saturn's hexagon rotate?

I read the whole description and I'm still confused.

An explanation of this method would be appreciated.

Shame the video doesn't show how the hexagon formed itself. I would really like to see how it forms.

Saturn's hexagon is fixed, so does not rotate like this one.

Saturn has the largest magnetic field in the solar system, it must be related to that.

@Hatterific Actually, Jupiter does. Saturn has the second strongest.

Wow that is weird! Maybe that's how snowflakes form.

@djxatlanta yes there is a connection. it involves re-visiting scientific models we use to describe atomic structure of matter

The only problem is that this experiment is done in a 4 sided tank. Saturn is clearly not a cube.
