you can actually cut the calories down even more if you buy the light or fat free cheese. there are several out there that taste really good. also use ground round or boneless skin less chicken or soy . there are several soy products that are yummy

I hope you don't mind the tip, but make sure to stir the yogurt before you use it. It won't fall to the side when you apply to the top. I love Taco Bell too, but I made a resolution to myself to cut back my consumption this year. I'm going to try this recipe.
@ultravirgin For a no-salt version, don't crack any salt on the taco shell, and use the spice mixture I used in my turkey chili video. My family doesn't tolerate that change in taste from the original, so I don't worry about it. We drink enough water constantly to flush out excess sodium before it's stored anyway.
but doesnt the yogurt have a very taste from sourcream?? nevertheless this is great... keep it going :D ill try this but ill skip the baking the tortillas and ill opt for wrapping it because I think thatll be much easier.. :D
